Eight Months

EIGHT MONTHS!

Food: Loving anything fruity! Bananas, pears, prunes, mixed berries, strawberries, whatever! He does't like any of the baby food veggies, but he will eat veggies off of our plates. Actually, we haven't found anything that he won't eat off of our plates. He really likes yogurt melts, and he still loves to nurse, too!

Sleep: In bed by 8:30 (during the week at least), up a couple of times to eat, then up for the day around 8:00. Naps are more consistent with mom than they are with dad. :) 

Clothes: Still fitting into a lot of his 6-9 months. Officially in a size 3 shoe.

Health: Another healthy month! 

Likes: Driving his Jeep all over our house, bouncing in his bouncer, being outside, taking a bath in the sink, playing with all of his toys, hanging out with cousin Jayleigh, his teachers at daycare, being smiled at or talked to, watching Bella run and play, giving mom sweet kisses with his mouth WIDE open, and giggling the absolute cutest little giggle.

Dislikes: When mom is in his sight but not giving him 100% of her attention, or when anyone eats near him without sharing.

Changes: Tooth number two has broke the skin! Right next to tooth number one. Teething hasn't been too terribly bad for him, though. Thank goodness. Brysen has learned how to grab food and feed himself, so now he thinks he's grown. :) He isn't crawling yet, but we'll get there. He has re-discovered his tongue and he loves to let it hang out of his mouth. He's so funny. His personality develops a little more each month. He is easily entertained, loves to laugh, and even knows how to be funny. He keeps his daddy and I laughing ALL the time!
