Two Months

2 MONTHS! (already?)

Weight: 12 pounds, 13.5 ounces

Height: 24 inches

 

 

 

 

Food: Still eating like a little pig! Taking about 5 ounces or so every feeding, and going anywhere from 2-3 hours between feedings when he's awake. The doctor says we could 'train' him to go more like 3-4 hours, but he's never seen this boy when he's hungry. :)

Sleep: Still a great sleeper, too. Usually out for the night around 9:00 or 10:00, up to eat between 2:00 and 3:00, then still sound asleep when I leave the house at 7:40. And he naps pretty good throughout the day.

Clothes: Only able to fit into 1 pair of newborn shorts now, and all newborn onesies were packed away a couple of weeks ago. He's in a few 0-3 month outfits, but wearing mostly 3 months.

Health: We were dealing with a little tear duct drainage, but the doctor said it's very common. Nothing major! 

Likes: Cuddling, really sucking on his hands (especially when he's hungry), being on his belly, lights, fans, the windows during the day time, being swaddled at night time, studying peoples' faces, being talked to, making noises, sticking his tongue out, bath time, being out and about, eating, eating, eating, and MORE eating! He's such a happy baby. 

Dislikes: Being hungry!

Brysen got his first set of vaccines at his two month check-up. 2 shots in his left leg, 1 in his right, and 1 oral. He handled it like a champ though! A quick squeal and then just a little whining. Much, much better than I was expecting!
